#Facebook Mojo 3 - Post Frequently
I have scoured a variety of resources and there never seems to be any consistent findings of what is the perfect posting frequency, ranging from 1 post a day to 3-5 posts a day. As a small business owner myself, I would suggest at least once a day. Content has to be creative, effective, relevant and most of all engaging. Don't dismiss weekends. People are online more at the weekend.
Many small business owners do not have the budget to create visual assets that bigger companies have. But we do have access to good tools to improve our use of visual imagery in our businesses.
A highly recommended platform is canva.com is from which to create and design. From there you can create consistency for your business branding.

#Facebook Mojo 5 - Blow that trumpet from time to time
Many of us are not good at sharing the good stuff on our pages and websites. A great testimonial lets a wider audience know that someone has used you and that you are good at what you do. Share great feedback on your page by letting clients/customers talk for you.
#Facebook Mojo 6 - Visit Other Facebook Pages
Liking and commenting on other Facebook Pages benefits both pages. Sharing other business pages to your own helps mix up content and benefits both pages. And there's nothing nicer than sharing a bit of fellow business love to fans. You can click on See Pages Feed on the right hand side of your own business page. You can even save links, so that you can share at a later time.
#Facebook Mojo 7 - Make the most of Milestones
This is a clever way of adding content to your page and garnering engagement. Every business has a story to tell and Milestone feature is a great way to tell your story. You can add Milestones by clicking on more on your page and then milestone. Go tell your story. To see your series of milestones, you need to click on about and you will see your milestones on the right.
#Facebook Mojo 8 - Pin the Post
If you have an important post that you want to stay at the top of your timeline, you can pin it. The post will not slip down your timeline. You do this by manually pinning the post to the top and you can unpin at any time. To pin a post, click on downward facing arrow in the upper right corner of the status. A drop down menu will appear. Choose pin to top.You can remove at any time, but bear in mind it will remain there only for 7 days.
#Facebook Mojo 9 - Use promotional features
With Facebook changes over the months, a page owner now has a number of features that they can use to mix up activity and increase awareness and engagement. Some will incur a cost [factor in some budget for these and boosting posts.] These include:
Share a photo or video: fab feature as you can create slideshows which look like small videos on your page - also add music!
Advertise your business
Get phone calls
Help people find yur business - great for those with physical presence - FB creates a get directions button and links to a map.
Get messages
Create an offer
Write a note
Create an event
Start live video
Get people to learn more about your business
#Facebook Mojo 10 - Use video
Video communicates a great story. It can help educate or keep your fans entertained and engaged. Be creative. The aim is to keep it short for Facebook, so grab their attention in the first couple of seconds.
