Working with someone who has social media experience can pay dividends in the long run, they can help you reduce the time it takes to learn to do and use something new.
Next on the training list was a Skype chat. This was great as we both were able to be in an application while I talked through various aspects of some social media platforms. Again, quick and easy and allows a client or user to experience using the tools and ask questions at the same time.
Also on training list was a face to face training session with a local client. I was asked to go through a few social media applications in detail, as client was already using them or had accounts set up and wanted more knowledge of scheduling and insights and how to take topics and themes and place these across a number of platforms in a different and creative way that satisfied audience attention without looking repetitive. This ultimately lead nicely into looking at how to create a social media marketing strategy.
Being online for pretty much most of the day makes it easier for people to access me. If they are in the middle of doing something, it's great that they can just ping a message through Facebook or Skype messenger and get a response that enables them to move on quickly.
I have provided training to networking associations in the UK and France [see testimonial below] and help clients with their social media campaigns and strategies.
